The Bombeiros Fundraisers held a dinner dance at the Hotel Garbe on 21st April, in aid of the Silves volunteer fireman.
Paulo Matias and his team were congratulated for the first class food and service much enjoyed by all. During and after dinner Ana and Al entertained everyone and the evening was rounded off when Joana Dias gave her first public performance as a singer.
Fundraisers Angela and Ray thanked everyone for their generosity in raising the sum of €2194.00.
Special thanks go to Hotel Colina dos Mouros, Hotel Garbe, Porto Dona Maria at Praia da Luz, the California Restaurant, Happy’s Restaurant, Chefe Antonio, Café Ingles, Margaret and Maurice Walton and the Portugal Resident, for providing the major prizes.
