60 guests raised over €700.00 - well done!


REPORT :
 

Alan Williamson, Master of Prince Henry the Navigator Lodge of English Masons in the Algarve welcomed approximately 60 members and friends to the Hotel A Colina Berry for a Barbecue in aid of the Alcantarilha Bombeiros. Superb food and refreshments were provided by the Proprietor, Keith Lloyd who is also Secretary of the Lodge.

A special welcome was given to 2 representatives of Alcantarilha Bombeiros. Dinner for two in The Raj at the Garbe was the winners prize in the darts competition`and a set of championship weight boules for the petanque game. DLL International of Vilamoura presented a hamper for auction, as were a set of 60`s framed photographs. With more than 40 prizes the raffle was a great money spinner. As a result of the efforts of so many supporters a profit of €700.00 was achieved and will be presented to the Brigade Captain.
